Prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. The final price will be confirmed at the time of checkout.

  4. Shipping and Delivery: 4.1. We offer shipping to select locations where Kratom is allowed. The estimated delivery times and shipping costs are provided during the checkout process and are subject to change. 4.2. We strive to process and ship orders promptly. However, we do not guarantee any specific delivery dates or times. 4.3. Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been handed over to the carrier. We may re-ship or refund purchases; however, that decision is reserved solely to the discretion of the management. 

  5. Returns and Refunds: 5.1. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return, refund, or exchange. 5.2. Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Packages with a broken seal may be refunded or exchanged upon proof of a good cause, final determination of which is left up to the management.  You may be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error, or quality control mishap. 5.3. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once the returned products are received and inspected. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of JK Botanicals or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. 6.2.
