Shipping and Returns Policy
Thank you for choosing JK Botanicals LLC (“JK Botanicals” or “we” or “us” or “our”). This policy outlines our procedures for shipping, returns, and refunds. By making a purchase from JK Botanicals, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this policy.
Order Processing Time: 1.1. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and dispatched within the same business day as long as they are summitted before 3PM ET, excluding weekends and public holidays. 1.2. Please note that during peak periods, such as holidays or promotional events, there may be slight delays in order processing; however, we will reach out and attempt to compensate you for the delay in a way determined appropriate by the management. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Shipping Methods and Delivery: 2.1. We offer shipping to select locations. We do not ship to any jurisdictions where Kratom is prohibited. Most of the prohibited locations are listed in the footer of every page. The available shipping methods will be presented to you during the checkout process. 2.2. The estimated delivery timeframes provided during checkout are approximate and are based on the typical transit times provided by the shipping carriers. Please note that these timeframes are not guaranteed and may vary depending on factors beyond our control. 2.3. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking information, so you can track the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Costs: 3.1. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the destination, and the selected shipping method. The shipping costs will be presented to you during the checkout process. 3.2. Please note that additional charges, such as customs fees or import duties, may apply for international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping costs paid at the time of purchase.
Shipment Tracking and Updates: 4.1. If tracking information is provided by the shipping carrier, we will include it in the shipping confirmation email. You can use this tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment. 4.2. Please note that tracking information may not be immediately available or may not be updated in real-time by the shipping carrier. In some cases, there may be delays or gaps in the tracking information provided. Most of the time, it does not indicate failure on our part to send out packages in a timely matter.
Returns and Refunds Policy:
Eligibility for Returns: 5.1. We accept returns of products purchased directly from JK Botanicals within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined below. 5.2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with, unless there is a manufacturing defect, or quality control mishap, which are determined by the managerial discretion.
Initiating a Return: 6.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of the delivery date. You can reach us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone at (855)268-2275. 6.2. Please provide the following information when contacting us for a return:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Any supporting documentation, such as photographs or descriptions, if applicable.
Return Process: 7.1. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product along with a shipping label. 7.2. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. 7.3. You may be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error, or quality control mishap, which are determined by the managerial discretion.
Refunds: 8.1. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. 8.2. We will refund the full purchase price of the returned product, excluding any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase. 8.3. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
